To help maintain the shape and appearance of your snapback cap, it is important to follow the proper care instructions. Below you’ll find the recommended care tips for your cap:

Cleaning: Clean your snapback cap by hand. Use a soft cloth or brush to gently remove dirt and dust. For tougher stains, you may use a mild cleaning solution, but avoid aggressive cleaning products.

Washing: Do not wash the cap in a washing machine, as this may damage its shape. If cleaning is necessary, fill a container with cold water and use mild soap. Do not fully submerge the cap; only clean the affected areas carefully.

Drying: Allow the snapback cap to air dry naturally. Avoid using a tumble dryer or exposing the cap to direct sunlight, as this may deform the fabric or cause colors to fade. Place the cap in a clean, dry area and allow it to dry naturally.

Storage: Store your snapback cap in a dry place away from direct sunlight. If possible, use a cap form or support to help maintain the shape of the brim and crown.

Water exposure: If the cap becomes wet, gently press out excess water without twisting or wringing the fabric. This helps preserve the cap’s shape.

Tip: Avoid wearing your snapback cap during extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain or snow to help prevent damage to the fabric and brim.

RETURN POLICY:

RETURN PERIOD: We apply a 14-day return period during which customers may return their package without providing a reason.

The 14-day period starts from the moment the package is delivered. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS: All items must be returned in unused and unwashed condition, suitable for resale, with all original tags still attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Damaged, worn, or used items will not be accepted.

Unidentifiable returns will be stored for a maximum period of one (1) month. After this period, the items may be processed and further correspondence may no longer be possible.

If you experience issues with a product, including defects, incorrect items, or shipping damage, support is available through Banditos at customer@banditosenergy.shop. Please include your order number together with clear photos of the issue or damaged item. We will assess the situation and work towards an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

SALE ITEMS & PROMOTIONS: Banditos does not provide refunds on discounted or promotional items. These items may only be exchanged for another product from the collection or converted into store credit.

For 1+1 promotions, both items must be returned together. Refunds or store credit cannot be issued when only one of the promotional items is returned. Items purchased through a 1+1 promotion may however be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. If you only wish to exchange one item, please return only the item you wish to exchange and keep the other item.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the courier service and country from which the package is returned.

Exceptions may apply in cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products. In such situations, please contact customer support through customer@banditosenergy.shop.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: If you indicate during the return registration that you wish to exchange a product, we will begin processing the exchange as quickly as possible. We aim to complete exchanges within a few business days where reasonably possible.

We aim to process all returns as efficiently as possible. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, processing generally takes up to 10 business days.

Your return tracking information will show when the package has been delivered to our warehouse. From that moment, the processing period begins. Once the refund has been completed, you will receive confirmation. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days before the refund becomes visible in your bank account.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the perishable nature of our beverage products, we do not accept returns of drinks or consumable products, even if unopened and in good condition. Exceptions may apply where products arrive damaged, defective, or affected during shipping. In such cases, please contact us so we can review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
