PAYMENT

RETURNS

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days after receiving it. Contact our support team via customer@banditosenergy.shop to start your return request. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

1. Items must be returned within 14 days in original condition, including tags and packaging.
2. Damaged, used or washed items will not be accepted.
3. Unidentified returns will be stored for a maximum of 1 month before being processed without further correspondence.
4. Energy drinks cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged during shipping.
5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING

We aim to process and ship all orders within 0–5 business days. Energy drinks are usually shipped on the next business day. Orders are not shipped during weekends.

Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures. Since our clothing and accessories are custom made for you, shipping times may occasionally take a little longer.

Keep in mind that holidays, weather conditions and high order volumes can affect delivery times. If your order contains both energy drinks and clothing items, shipping within the stated 0–5 business days may take slightly longer.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code to follow your shipment. We appreciate your patience while we work to get your order delivered as quickly as possible.

Yes! Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your shipment. Orders are shipped through DHL or PostNL, allowing you to stay updated on the latest delivery status.

    CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    To keep your clothing in the best possible condition for as long as possible, it’s important to follow the proper care instructions. Correct washing and drying helps maintain the fabric quality, fit and color of your items.

    Below you’ll find the recommended care instructions for your clothing:

    Washing: Wash your clothing inside out at a maximum temperature of 30°C to help preserve colors and prints.

    Bleaching: Do not bleach.

    Ironing: Iron on a low temperature, preferably inside out.

    Dry Cleaning: Do not dry clean.

    Wash with similar colors: Wash together with similar colors to avoid discoloration.

    Following these instructions will help maintain the quality and appearance of your clothing.

    To extend the lifespan of your T-shirts and hoodies, we recommend avoiding the use of a dryer. Instead, let your clothing air dry, preferably in the shade. This helps prevent shrinking, maintains the fit and keeps the fabric in top condition for a longer period of time.

    To keep your snapback cap looking fresh and maintaining its shape, it’s important to follow the proper care instructions. Below you’ll find the best tips for keeping your cap in top condition.

    Cleaning: Clean your snapback by hand using a soft cloth or brush to gently remove dust and dirt. For tougher stains, use a mild cleaning solution and avoid harsh chemicals.

    Washing: Do not machine wash your cap, as this may damage its shape. If needed, use cold water with mild soap and carefully clean only the affected areas instead of fully soaking the cap.

    Drying: Always let your snapback air dry. Avoid dryers and direct sunlight, as heat may deform the fabric or fade the colors. Place the cap in a clean, dry area and let it dry naturally.

    Storage: Store your snapback in a dry place away from direct sunlight. If possible, use a cap shaper or support to help maintain the shape of the brim and crown.

    Wet Cap Care: If your cap gets wet, gently press out excess water without twisting or wringing it. This helps preserve the original fit and structure.

    Tip: Avoid wearing your snapback during extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain or snow to prevent unnecessary damage to the fabric and brim.

    ENERGY DRINKS

    Banditos Energy Drink contains water, sugar, citric acid (acidity regulator), carbon dioxide, taurine (0.4%), sodium citrate (acidity regulator), flavoring, caffeine (0.032%) and colorings E150c and E101.

    It is not recommended to consume Banditos Energy Drink during pregnancy due to the caffeine and other stimulating ingredients. Always consult your doctor regarding the consumption of energy drinks during pregnancy. Please note that recommendations and regulations may vary by country.

    Banditos Energy Drink is intended for adults and individuals aged 18 and older. We recommend that people under the age of 18 use caution when consuming energy drinks due to the high caffeine content and possible health effects. Please note that recommendations and regulations may vary by country.

    If you are sensitive to caffeine, we recommend using caution when consuming Banditos Energy Drink, as it contains a higher caffeine content than many regular beverages. Consuming too much caffeine may lead to nervousness, insomnia or an increased heart rate. Start with a small amount and listen to your body.

    Banditos Energy Drink contains approximately 32 mg of caffeine per 100 ml, delivering a powerful energy boost. This equals around 105 mg of caffeine per 330 ml can. It’s important to monitor your caffeine intake, especially if you also consume other caffeinated products.

    It is recommended to limit your energy drink intake to a maximum of one or two cans per day, depending on your caffeine tolerance. Consuming too many energy drinks within a short period of time may lead to side effects such as nervousness, insomnia or an increased heart rate due to the high caffeine content.

    Always consider your total daily caffeine intake from all sources, including coffee, tea, chocolate and other caffeinated products. If you have concerns about caffeine consumption, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional.
