As an approved Banditos Insider, you can earn commission on qualifying purchases generated through your personal referral link, affiliate storefront, approved referral code, or another promotional method expressly authorized by Banditos.

Customers who access the Banditos Energy webshop through your valid referral link generally receive a five percent (5%) discount on eligible purchases. The discount is normally applied automatically, subject to product eligibility, discount-combination rules, campaign conditions, customer eligibility, and technical availability.

COMMISSION LEVELS

You start with a standard commission rate of five percent (5%) on qualifying purchases.

Your commission rate may increase automatically based on the qualifying net subtotal revenue generated during the preceding rolling thirty (30) day period:

• Standard — 5% commission: where no higher performance threshold is currently satisfied.
• Performer — 7% commission: after generating at least €250 in qualifying net subtotal revenue during the preceding rolling 30-day period.
• Top Performer — 10% commission: after generating at least €750 in qualifying net subtotal revenue during the preceding rolling 30-day period.

A higher commission rate applies only after the relevant threshold has been reached and the new rate has become active within the Program. Higher rates do not apply retroactively to earlier purchases.

Because performance is assessed on a rolling basis, your commission rate may increase or decrease as your qualifying results change.

MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUSES

In addition to commission, you may qualify for a monthly cash bonus based on qualifying net subtotal revenue generated during the applicable monthly assessment period:

• €2.50 cash bonus: after generating at least €250 in qualifying net subtotal revenue.
• €7.50 cash bonus: after generating at least €750 in qualifying net subtotal revenue.

Only the highest qualifying monthly bonus is awarded. The bonuses are not cumulative. If you reach the €750 threshold, you receive a €7.50 bonus and not a combined €10.00 bonus.

The monthly assessment period generally runs from the twenty-fifth (25th) day of one calendar month through the twenty-fourth (24th) day of the following calendar month, using the Europe/Amsterdam time zone.

Bonuses are credited to your affiliate balance after the applicable assessment and validation process. They are not immediate PayPal payments and remain subject to the applicable payout requirements.

If a qualifying transaction is subsequently refunded, cancelled, charged back, adjusted, or found not to qualify, the associated performance progress or awarded bonus may be recalculated, reduced, or reversed.

QUALIFYING PURCHASES

Commissions, performance thresholds, and monthly bonuses are calculated using the qualifying net product subtotal approved by Banditos.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the calculation excludes:

• VAT and other taxes;
• shipping and delivery charges;
• discounts and promotional deductions;
• statiegeld and other deposit charges;
• cancelled, refunded, returned, disputed, or charged-back amounts;
• test orders, complimentary products, giveaways, and replacement shipments;
• personal purchases and self-referrals;
• ambassador-only products intended for personal use;
• reseller, wholesale, or commercial inventory purchases unless expressly approved;
• fraudulent, manipulated, unauthorized, or artificial transactions; and
• other transactions that do not qualify under the applicable Program terms.

A purchase by a family member, household member, friend, colleague, or another personal contact is not automatically excluded solely because of that relationship.

The transaction may nevertheless be rejected where reasonably available information indicates that it is a self-referral, reimbursed purchase, coordinated transaction, artificial order, or another attempt to circumvent the Program rules.

TRACKING

Referral attribution generally operates on a last-valid-click basis, with an intended tracking period of up to ninety (90) days after the customer’s most recent valid referral visit.

If a customer subsequently uses another Participant’s valid referral link before purchasing, the transaction may be attributed to the most recent eligible referral.

Under the current Program configuration, the referral cookie is intended to be removed after an attributed order has been placed. A later purchase will therefore not automatically remain attributed to the same Insider. The customer must use a valid referral link again for a subsequent order to qualify.

Tracking depends on cookie consent, browser and device settings, privacy preferences, ad blockers, network availability, Shopify, GoAffPro, and other technical systems.

Attribution may fail if tracking technologies are rejected, blocked, limited, or deleted or if the customer changes browser or device.

Dashboard information, including clicks, conversions, performance progress, commissions, bonuses, and estimated balances, remains provisional until the relevant transactions and amounts have been validated.

PAYOUTS

Commissions and cash bonuses become payable only after they have been approved and the applicable commission hold, cancellation, refund, chargeback, and verification periods have been completed.

Once your approved payable balance reaches at least twenty-five euros (€25), you may request a payout by emailing:

The payout request must be sent from the email address connected to your approved affiliate account and must include sufficient information to identify your account. Your PayPal payment details must be complete, accurate, and current.

Reaching the €25 minimum payout threshold does not automatically initiate payment. A payout will only be processed after a valid email request has been received and the payable balance and payment information have been verified.

Valid payout requests are generally reviewed and processed weekly. Weekly processing does not guarantee receipt on a particular day.

Processing may take longer where information is incomplete, a transaction remains subject to review, or a payment, legal, tax, security, or compliance issue must first be resolved.

Balances below €25 automatically roll over. Approved balances of €25 or more also remain credited to your affiliate account until a valid payout request has been submitted.

Payouts are processed in euros through PayPal using the valid payment details connected to your affiliate account.

PERSONAL INSIDER PURCHASES

Approved Participants may receive separate personal Insider purchase benefits on eligible products when purchasing for their own personal use.

To receive an available personal Insider discount, you must be signed in to the Banditos Energy customer account connected to the same email address as your approved affiliate account.

Subject to product eligibility and the conditions displayed in the webshop, the current personal Insider discount structure is:

• up to 10% discount on eligible regular products;
• 7% discount on the eligible Banditos Energy Drink 2×12-pack; and
• 3% discount on the eligible Banditos Energy Drink 4×12-pack.

Personal purchases do not generate affiliate commission, qualifying performance revenue, or bonus progress, even if referral tracking is present or the transaction temporarily appears in the affiliate dashboard.

You must access the webshop directly when making a personal purchase and must not purchase through your own referral link or deliberately use another Participant’s referral link.

CAMPAIGNS AND ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS

Banditos may offer temporary boosted commissions, campaign incentives, creator arrangements, seasonal promotions, or other reward structures.

Any different commission rate, fixed payment, campaign reward, or alternative compensation arrangement must be displayed within the Program, communicated directly to the relevant Participant, or agreed in writing.

Temporary or individual arrangements do not automatically apply to other Participants and do not create a permanent entitlement.

PROGRAM CONDITIONS

All earnings, referral tracking, commission levels, performance thresholds, bonuses, validation procedures, payout requirements, exclusions, promotional standards, and Program participation remain subject to the current Banditos Affiliate Terms of Service and Affiliate Program Operating Agreement, the Earnings System Agreement, and any applicable campaign-specific terms.

Where this summary conflicts with the applicable formal agreements, the order of precedence stated in those agreements applies.
