1. BEVERAGE INFORMATION

Banditos Energy is a carbonated caffeinated beverage intended for responsible consumption within applicable regional laws, regulations, and consumer guidelines. The Company does not market or intentionally target caffeinated beverages toward children. Each 330 ml can of Banditos Energy contains approximately 105.6 mg of caffeine (32 mg per 100 ml), taurine (0.4%), sugars, B-vitamins, flavorings, acidity regulators, preservatives, and additional ingredients as declared on the physical product packaging. Banditos Energy beverages are intended for moderate and responsible consumption only and are not intended for excessive or abusive consumption patterns. Beverage formulations, ingredient compositions, nutritional values, packaging designs, labeling information, language availability, and beverage appearance may vary depending on production batches, supplier changes, manufacturing updates, regional requirements, legal obligations, or market-specific regulations. The Company reserves the right to modify beverage formulations, packaging, ingredients, labeling, warnings, or related product information at any time without prior notice where permitted under applicable law. All beverage-related information displayed through websites, ecommerce platforms, distributors, promotional channels, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, or third-party retailers is provided for general informational purposes only and may not always reflect the most recent beverage version or packaging update. Consumers are advised to read the full beverage label, warnings, ingredients, nutritional values, allergen information, and consumption guidance prior to consumption. Beverage images, marketing visuals, promotional renders, and digital representations are illustrative only and may not perfectly reflect final delivered beverages, packaging, labeling, colors, sizes, language versions, or production batches. Banditos Energy contains caffeine and may not be suitable for all individuals. No medical, therapeutic, nutritional-performance, or health claims are made regarding Banditos Energy beverages or their consumption unless explicitly required under applicable law. Statements relating to lifestyle, culture, mentality, entertainment, community identity, automotive culture, or consumer experience are descriptive brand statements only and shall not be interpreted as medical advice, scientific guarantees, therapeutic claims, or performance-related claims. Individual experiences may vary depending on factors including caffeine tolerance, nutrition, lifestyle, physical condition, sensitivity levels, consumption habits, sleep patterns, medical background, and personal health circumstances. Based on currently available supplier and ingredient information, Banditos Energy does not intentionally contain allergens requiring mandatory declaration under applicable European food labeling legislation. The Company does not guarantee the complete absence of trace allergens or cross-contamination risks. 7. THIRD-PARTY DISTRIBUTION & RETAIL

The Company is not responsible for beverage handling, storage conditions, relabeling activities, unofficial translations, unauthorized beverage modifications, resale practices, or distribution conduct performed by third-party retailers, distributors, resellers, logistics providers, or external sales channels operating outside direct Company control. 8. STORAGE, HANDLING & PRODUCT CONDITION

Banditos Energy should be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, freezing temperatures, or unsuitable storage conditions. Consumers should not consume beverages that are leaking, punctured, damaged, expired, contaminated, unusually swollen, or otherwise visually compromised. Do not consume beverages if the seal or packaging integrity appears to have been compromised prior to opening. Best served chilled. Once opened, beverages should be consumed promptly.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Dutch Business Sales Company B.V., Banditos Exclusive Beverage, Banditos Energy, and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, distributors, affiliates, ambassadors, partners, contractors, representatives, licensors, service providers, retailers, and related parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or commercial damages arising from or relating to improper beverage consumption, excessive consumption, irresponsible consumption, misuse of the beverage, failure to follow beverage warnings, allergic reactions, caffeine sensitivity, beverage misuse, combination with alcohol or other substances, third-party distribution activities, regional legal restrictions, delays, packaging differences, labeling differences, ingredient changes, translation discrepancies, or reliance upon unofficial beverage information distributed outside official Company-controlled channels. Consumers acknowledge that consumption of caffeinated beverages involves individual responsibility and personal risk assessment. Nothing contained within this Disclaimer excludes, restricts, or limits mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that may apply under applicable Dutch, European Union, or local consumer protection legislation.
