EARNING SYSTEM – BANDITOS INSIDER PROGRAM

This Earning System forms part of the Agreement for participation in the Banditos Insiders Program. Here you’ll find what you can earn, how it’s calculated, and where the limits are. Capitalized terms have the same meaning as defined in the Agreement.

HOW IT WORKS

You earn commission on Qualifying Purchases. The commission base is the net product value: excluding VAT, shipping costs and other charges, after deducting discounts (including coupons).

• Orders that are cancelled, returned or charged back don’t count.
• Fraud or misuse? Commission is gone.
• Attribution is based on a last-click model with a 90-day tracking window.
• Commissions only become payable after the 14-day legal return period plus 7 days of verification (on average ± 3 weeks).
  

COMMISSION LEVELS

• Standard: 10% on qualifying products
• Key Ambassadors (by invitation): up to 15%
• Ambassador-only products (personal use): no commission
• Your own purchases or those of family and friends: 0%
• Orders where the customer is also an affiliate: 0%

⚠️ Keep in mind: commission is calculated after applying a valid Banditos-issued coupon (standard customer discount 5%).

LIMITS & CONDITIONS

• No commission on cancellations, returns, chargebacks, fraud or misuse of links or codes.
• Banditos may temporarily hold commissions if something doesn’t look right.
• Product qualification is determined by Banditos.
• Commissions are only granted if your content follows legal disclosure rules and includes the required hashtags #BANDITOSENERGY and @BANDITOS ENERGY

SPECIAL CAMPAIGNS

From time to time, we run campaigns with boosted commissions, bounties or limited promotions (think launches or seasonal drops). Details will be shared via the portal and/or email.

PAYOUT

• Commissions become payable on average 3 weeks after the sale.
• Payouts are processed weekly once your balance reaches €25 or more.
• Below that? It rolls over automatically.
• Payments are made via PayPal to the account you’ve provided.
• No valid PayPal = no payout.
• Any PayPal fees are on you.

CHANGES

Banditos may update this Earning System in line with the Agreement. Updates will be communicated via this page and/or email. If you continue after changes go live, you accept them.
