To ensure that your snapback hat retains its shape and appearance, it is important to follow the correct care. Below you will find the best care tips for your hat:
Cleaning: Clean your snapback cap by hand. Use a soft cloth or brush to gently wipe away dirt and dust. For stubborn stains, you can use a mild detergent, but avoid using harsh detergents.
Washing: Do not wash the cap in the washing machine, as this may damage the shape. If you do want to wash it, fill a basin with cold water and use a mild soap. Do not completely submerge the cap, but only clean the stained areas.Drying: Allow the snapback cap to air dry. Avoid using a dryer or direct sunlight as this may distort the fabric or cause the colours to fade. Place the cap in a clean, dry place and allow it to dry naturally.
Storage: Store your snapback cap in a dry place, out of direct sunlight. If possible, use a capform to maintain the shape of the cap's brim and head.Paint Spills: If the cap gets wet, gently squeeze out the excess water without wringing. This will help keep the cap in good shape.
Tip: Avoid wearing your snapback cap in extreme weather (such as rain or snow) to prevent damage to the fabric and brim.
Return Policy:
RETURN PERIOD: We have a return period of 14 days, during which the customer can return the package without giving any reason.
These 14 days start from the moment the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.
RETURN POLICY: All items must be returned in unused, unwashed, resaleable condition with tags still attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Damaged or used items will not be accepted.
Unidentifiable returns will be kept for a maximum of 1 month, after which they will be processed and no further correspondence will be possible.
If you experience any issues with the product, such as defects, errors or damage, you can get special support from Banditos at customer@banditosenergy.shop. Make sure to include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will assess the situation and work quickly on a suitable solution for you.
FOR OFFERS: Banditos does not issue refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item in the collection or redeemed for store credit.
For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot issue a refund or credit if only one of the two items is returned. However, items in the 1+1 deal can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. If you only want to exchange one of the items, please return only the item you want to exchange and keep the other item.
RETURN COSTS: Return shipping is at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country you are returning the package from.

This way we ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days. We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days.<\p>
On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From that moment on, the 10 working days start. After the refund, you will receive a message about this. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank account.
NOTE: Beverage Returns Policy Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we do not accept returns, even if the product is unopened and in good condition, unless it has been damaged in shipping or is defective.
