PAYMENT

RETURNS

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service at customer@banditosenergy.shop to initiate the return. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

1. Items must be returned within 14 days in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
2. Damaged or used (washed) items will not be accepted.
3. Unidentified returns will be stored for a maximum of 1 month, after which they will be processed and no further correspondence will be possible.
4. Energy drinks cannot be returned unless damaged in shipping.
5. There is a return fee.

DISPATCH

We aim to process and ship all orders within 0-5 business days. Energy drinks are usually shipped the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends. Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary depending on destination and local customs procedures. Since our clothing and accessories are custom produced for you, delivery time may be slightly longer. Please note that factors such as holidays, weather conditions and high order volumes may impact delivery time. If you order both energy drinks and clothing, delivery time may be slightly longer than the stated 0-5 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you can track it with the Track & Trace code we provide. We appreciate your patience as we strive for a timely delivery.

Yes, you can! As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. We ship your order via DHL or PostNL, so you always have the latest information at hand. Please note that during holidays and busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer due to increased demand for delivery services. Keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates – we will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible!

    CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    To ensure that your T-shirt stays in top condition for as long as possible, it is important to follow the correct care. With the correct washing and drying instructions, the fabric will remain beautiful, the colours bright and the fit retained.

    Below you will find the ideal washing instructions for your T-shirt:

    Washing: Wash the T-shirt inside out at a maximum temperature of 30°C to retain the colours.

    Bleaching: Do not bleach.

    Ironing: Iron the T-shirt at a low temperature, preferably inside out.

    Dry cleaning: Do not dry clean.

    Wash with similar colours: Wash the T-shirt with similar colours to avoid discolouration.

    Follow these guidelines to maintain the quality and appearance of your T-shirt.

    To extend the life of your T-shirt, it is better not to put it in the dryer. Let it air dry, preferably in the shade. This prevents shrinkage, maintains the shape and makes the fabric last longer. This way it stays in top condition and lasts longer.

    To ensure that your snapback hat retains its shape and appearance, it is important to follow the correct care. Below you will find the best care tips for your hat:

    Cleaning: Clean your snapback cap by hand. Use a soft cloth or brush to gently wipe away dirt and dust. For stubborn stains, you can use a mild detergent, but avoid using harsh detergents.

    Washing: Do not wash the cap in the washing machine, as this may damage the shape. If you do want to wash it, fill a basin with cold water and use a mild soap. Do not completely submerge the cap, but only clean the stained areas.

    Drying: Allow the snapback cap to air dry. Avoid using a dryer or direct sunlight as this may distort the fabric or cause the colours to fade. Place the cap in a clean, dry place and allow it to dry naturally.

    Storage: Store your snapback cap in a dry place, out of direct sunlight. If possible, use a capform to maintain the shape of the cap's brim and head.

    Paint Spills: If the cap gets wet, gently squeeze out the excess water without wringing. This will help keep the cap in good shape.

    Tip: Avoid wearing your snapback cap in extreme weather (such as rain or snow) to prevent damage to the fabric and brim.

    ENERGY DRINK

    Banditos Energy Drink contains water, sugar, citric acid (acidulant), carbon dioxide, taurine (0.4%), sodium citrate (acidulant), flavoring, caffeine (0.032%) and colorants E150c and E101.

    It is not recommended to consume Banditos Energy Drink during pregnancy due to the caffeine and other stimulating ingredients. Always consult your doctor about the use of energy drinks during pregnancy. Note that recommendations and regulations may vary by country.

    Banditos Energy Drink is intended for adults and individuals aged 18 and older. We recommend that those under 18 exercise caution with energy drinks, as the high caffeine content may have negative effects on their health. Please note that recommendations and regulations may vary by country.

    If you are sensitive to caffeine, it is advisable to be cautious with Banditos Energy Drink, as it has a higher caffeine content than many other drinks. Too much caffeine can lead to nervousness, insomnia, or an increased heart rate. Start with a small amount and listen to your body.

    Banditos Energy Drink contains approximately 32 mg of caffeine per 100 ml, providing a powerful energy boost. This equals about 105 mg of caffeine per 330 ml can. It is important to monitor your caffeine intake, especially if you consume other caffeinated products.

    It is recommended to limit your intake of energy drinks to a maximum of one or two cans per day, depending on your caffeine tolerance. Consuming too many energy drinks in a short period of time can lead to negative side effects such as jitteriness, insomnia, or an increased heart rate due to the high caffeine content. Always consider your total daily caffeine intake from all sources (coffee, tea, chocolate, etc.) and consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns.
